Ottenuta dall'infusione della pianta d'Asperula, radice di Genziana e bacche di Ginepro in Grappa di vinacce miste trentine selezionate, distillate separatamente con metodo a Bagnomaria in alambicco discontinuo e successivamente miscelate. La nostra distilleria raccoglie personalmente le piante e le radici sui monti che circondano la Vallagarina. Lo stesso giorno del raccolto vengono selezionate, curate, lavate e imbottigliate in Grappa, in modo da mantenerle fresche e inalterate.
